Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • You can return most items within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags still attached.
    • Non-returnable items:
      • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved items, custom designs)
      • Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise specified)
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@diecast.autos or use our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number and the reason for the return to help us process your request.
    • We will then send you detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
    • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
  2. Sale or Discounted Items:
    • Sale or promotional items are generally non-refundable, but may be eligible for store credit or an exchange instead.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
