SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Please note that shipping times do not include our 2-3 day processing time.
• All shipping estimates exclude potential clearance or customs delays.

We process orders within 2-3 business days after they are placed. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times typically range from 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, postal strikes, or other factors beyond our control, delivery may take longer.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Diecast Autos is not liable for any incorrect addresses entered during the checkout process. Please ensure that both your billing and shipping addresses are correct before finalizing your order. If the error is on our part, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement of your original order at no additional charge.

CUSTOM FEES:

We are not responsible for any customs fees once your items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and could incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. However, please note that tracking may not be available for orders with free shipping.

For some shipping companies, it may take 1-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us.
